The outer shell is a soft breathable polyester blend with a brushed inner lining. Inside are layered TPU air chambers that hold pressure, reinforced with metal grommets and double stitching at the seams. The heating element and control module are built into the front panel.

One size, adjustable. The belt fits waists from roughly 29" to 49" and sits about 8" tall so it covers the lower back from just above the hip to the lower ribs.

Wrap it around your lower back and fasten it snug but comfortable. Press the power button, then use the buttons to set your heat level and inflation. Most people wear it 20–30 minutes at a time. Charge it fully before first use.
